Q: Where do we meet for your tours?
A. All our tours start at the LA City Tours office, located on the southwest corner of Hollywood and Highland on the famous Hollywood Walk of Fame (6806 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood, CA 90028, 323-960-0300), across from the Hollywood & Highland Metro Station next door to the Souvenirs of Hollywood. Q: Is there parking?
A. Public parking is available behind the LA City Tours office, enter from Highland. The cost is approximately $25 for all day parking, weekends may be higher.
There is also public parking provided at The Hollywood & Highland Complex. The entrance to this underground parking is by they Loews Hotel, 1755 N. Highland Ave. at Johnny Grant Way, the sign reads Public Parking for Hollywood & Highland. All day parking is approximately $15. It will take 20 minutes to park here. Q: What is the suggested time to check in for our tour?
A. Please be at our location at least 30 minutes prior to your tour departure time, or come spend some time on the Hollywood walk of Fame, ask for the Free walk of Fame map.
B. Under time constraint please add 1 hour to your tour time as you are traveling in one of the largest cities in the world, please relax and enjoy your tour. There is a lot to see in Hollywood…
Q: How much extra time do I need to add on the tour time for hotel pick up?
A. Tour hours do not include hotel pick-up and drop off time.

Q: Where do we pay for our tour(s) and what forms of payment do you accept?
A. All tours need a prepaid advance reservation by telephone or online, with a confirmation number. To place your reservation please call 1-888-800-7878, or order online.
B. You may also walk into our office and make your reservation for a same day tour upon availability. It is best to make a reservation in advance before you pay for parking to make sure we still have seats.
C. We accept, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card or any prepaid credit cards, travelers check and cash in US dollars only.
Q: Do I receive a confirmation?
A. When you book online, you will receive 2 confirmation emails: 1st is from LA City Tours that confirms your booking(s) and the details of your tour(s), 2nd is from our secure payment provider as a proof of your payment. You should receive these emails within a few minutes after your booking.
Q: If you pick me up at my hotel, will you drop me off at my hotel after the tour?
A. Of course! Once the tour concludes, you will be dropped off at the same location you were picked up from.
Q: How far in advance must we reserve?
A. As soon as your plans are definite; but all customers are recommended to make a confirmed reservation at least 24-hours in advance to guarantee a seat. For tours with hotel pick-up, you should reserve no later than 8:00pm the night before.
Q: Do we have a guided tour inside the attraction parks and is admission included?
A. You will be on your own. No guides are necessary; brochures with maps are free and on display inside the parks. Admission is included, unless you purchase transportation only.
Q: What should I bring with me?
A. Bring a camera, for sure! There will be a lot of sights and attractions of which you’ll want to take pictures. Also, we suggest you wear comfortable clothes, including walking shoes, and bring some spending money for shopping, souvenirs, and lunch. If you like, you can also bring your lunch on the bus with you.
Q: Do I have to reconfirm the hotel pickup?
A. When you book online, you should also reserve your hotel and pick up time. When you arrive in Los Angeles PLEASE call to reconfirm your hotel pickup time and to provide us with your room number.
Q: What is the cutoff time for making an online reservation?
Online reservations for most tours can only be made up until 24 hours before the tours scheduled departure time. After that cutoff time it is suggested that you call to place a reservations by dialing 1-888-800-7878.
Q: Is it secure to enter my credit card number?
A. LA City Tours uses a secure payment system which uses the latest encryption techniques to ensure a maximum security when you pay online.
Q: Do you use my personal information?
A. As we highly regard your privacy, the information that you give, including your email address, name are used only for the process of your reservation and will not be sold or used for any other purpose.
Q: I’m booking in advance and don’t know yet where I will be staying—what do I do?
A. If you are making a reservation and are unsure where you’ll be staying, you can simply make your reservation first, choose LA City Tours as your location, and call us to confirm your hotel information soon after you check into your hotel with your room number. If you brought a cell phone with you please give us that number. Having a cell phone in a big city is very handy.
Q: Will I be able to get out and shop, eat, take pictures, etc.?
A. Absolutely! There are 5 different stops on the A-1 tour, giving you the opportunity to take pictures, look around and buy some souvenirs at each stop.
Q: Is there anything else I need to know?
A. General Policy: LACityTours.com tours, schedules, prices, and routes are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for delayed or elongated tours due to traffic, weather, accidents, mechanical issues or any other situations beyond our control. There will be no refunds or extra services provided to customers for errors made by customers during tours, including any cost of transportation that a customer may incur to catch up when not being back at the vehicle in time during scheduled tour stops. Customers are responsible for all items taken on a tour.
