Q: What does package include?
3 day 2 nights Las Vegas , Grand Canyon Tour (G-6 ONLY), Departs from Los Angeles
A: This package includes all coach transportation to Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon (Grand Canyon South Rim), 2-night lodging in a Las Vegas casino hotel, all park entrance fees for the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam, and transportation back to Los Angeles on the third day. Meals are not included.
Q: What days do you go to Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon?
A: The tour departs twice a week:
You can leave Los Angeles on Wednesday morning. Return on Friday, arriving back in Los Angeles on Friday between 4:00pm and 6:00pm.

You can leave Los Angeles on Sunday morning. Return on Tuesday, arriving back in Los Angeles on Tuesday between 4:00pm and 6:00pm.

Q: What kind of transportation to Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon?
A: The type of transportation vehicle used will depend on the size of the group that is leaving that day. We will use a 15-seat van, 25-seat mini-bus, or a 55-seat coach bus.
Q: How long is the drive from Los Angeles to Las Vegas?
A: The drive between Los Angeles and Las Vegas is about 4.5 – 5 hours. We will stop in Barstow, CA (about 2.5 hours in) for a lunch break.
Q: Which hotel will I be staying at in Las Vegas?
A: You will be staying at the Ellis Island Casino & Brewery, located right off the center of the Las Vegas strip and conveniently located next to all the major hotels, casinos, clubs, shows, and attractions. The hotel is in the style of old fashion 1940’s Las Vegas and features:
- a 24-hour restaurant
- its own micro-brewery
- karaoke lounge
- over 350 gaming devices and live tables
- voted Best Slot Club, Best Karaoke, and Best Coffee Shop by the Las Vegas Review Journal
- only one block east of the world-famous Las Vegas strip!

Q: Do I have to share my room?
A: If you are traveling by yourself, you must book a Single Occupancy Package. You can share a room if there is someone else traveling alone and would like to share with you. You will meet the other travellers at our office on the morning of departure. If you find someone and you both agree, you can share a double room. You will both then get the single room portion refunded back at our office.
Of course, if you are traveling with another person and you book a Double Occupancy room, both you and your guest will be in the same room and will have two double size beds.
Q: What do I need to bring with me for my vacation package to Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon?
A: Please bring the credit card you used to make the reservation and a photo ID. As for luggage, space is limited so we ask that you bring only what you need in soft-sided bags instead of big suitcase or heavy luggage. If you absolutely must bring big or heavy luggage, please let us know in advance so we can make sure there will be room for it. If you need to borrow a small bag, please let us know also.

We are not responsible for delayed or elongated tours due to traffic, weather, accidents, mechanical issues or any other situations beyond our control. There will be no refunds or extra services provided to customers for errors made by customers during tours, including any cost of transportation that a customer may incur to catch up when not being back at the vehicle in time during scheduled tour stops. Customers are responsible for all items taken on a tour.
